Most owners only hear from their manager once a month, when the statement arrives. We built the SIR Group app so you never have to wait for that. Bookings, occupancy, revenue and maintenance are visible as they happen.
For short-term rentals, the calendar shows every reservation from every platform in one view, with guest counts and nightly rates. Block your own dates and the calendar closes everywhere at once. For long-term rentals, you see when rent arrived and when the lease renews.
Maintenance and cleaning run through the app too. Requests come in, you approve what needs approving, and you can follow each one to done without a phone call.
Income reports are monthly, quarterly and yearly, and you can download them for your accountant. Earnings, payouts and detailed accounting sit next to them, and the app emails you automatically when something happens, from a filter change to a disbursement.
