Privacy notice

The SIR Group, LLC ("The SIR Group", "we") runs this website. This notice explains what we collect when you contact us, why, and what we do with it. The short version: we use your details to talk to you about your property, and nothing else.

What we collect

When you send the "Book a sit-down" form, we receive what you enter:

• Your name, phone number and email address.
• Property details: the area, property type, number of units, how it is managed today and the best time to reach you.
• Your answer to the optional text message consent box. We only text you if you tick it, and you can reply STOP at any time.

We also record basic technical details with each form, such as the time it was sent, your browser type, your approximate country and a one-way hashed version of your IP address, to stop spam and abuse.

The fee checker runs in your browser. The numbers you type into it are not sent to us.

How we use it

Only to contact you about your property: to answer your request, schedule a sit-down and follow up on it. Brandon gets an alert when you submit so he can reply quickly. We do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.

Spam protection

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person is sending them. Turnstile may process information about your browser and device to do that check. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for how they handle it.

Some pages show a Google Maps map. When the map loads, Google receives your IP address and basic browser details, as with any Google service. See Google's privacy policy for how they handle it.

Cookies

We set one first-party cookie, sir_attr, the first time you visit. It records how you arrived: the page you landed on, the referring site, any campaign tags in the link and the time of your first visit. It lasts 30 days. If you send a form, those details are saved with it so we know which channels bring owners to us. It does not track you across other websites, and we do not use advertising cookies.

Google user data

Online sit-down booking connects to The SIR Group's own Google Calendar (Brandon's business calendar) through Google's API. We do not ask visitors to sign in with Google, and we do not access visitors' Google accounts.

• What we access: the free and busy times on that calendar, so the site only offers open hours, and the sit-down events the booking system creates on it (with the guest's name, contact details, meeting type and any notes they add). We do not read the details of other events on the calendar.
• Why: only to show open times, add the booked sit-down to the calendar, send the guest a calendar invitation and add a Google Meet link for video sit-downs.
• Storage: the access Google grants is stored encrypted and is used only by the booking system. It can be removed at any time from the Google account or from our admin settings.
• No selling or ads: Google user data is never sold, never used for advertising and never transferred to others, except as needed to run the booking feature, to comply with the law, or with consent.

The SIR Group's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run this site and our alerts (such as our hosting, email and text message providers), and only so they can do that work, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to work with you and to meet our legal and record-keeping duties, then delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the details you sent, or to stop contacting you. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of messages.
